ScanBeast In short: open ScanBeast and go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your online profile and data. If you can no longer open the app, email us and we'll delete it for you.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app
This is the fastest way and removes everything immediately.
- Open ScanBeast on your phone.
- Open the menu (top-right) and go to Settings.
- Scroll to Delete account and confirm.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you've uninstalled the app or can't access it, email crifuga.dev@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, or include your in-game nickname and friend code so we can find and delete your data. We handle requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes the data tied to it from our systems:
- Your online profile (nickname, level, XP, friend code).
- Your leaderboard entry.
- Your friends list and pending friend/duel/trade requests.
- Your private messages held in the delivery buffer.
- Your authentication record (the anonymous or Google-linked sign-in).
What stays on your device
Your beast collection and app settings are stored locally on your phone, not on our servers. They are removed when you delete the account from within the app, or when you uninstall ScanBeast.
Analytics data
If you had enabled anonymous usage analytics, that data is not linked to your account identity and is retained in aggregate according to our analytics retention setting, then deleted. You can turn analytics off anytime in Settings → Privacy.
